By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before completing the request form!

 

General guidelines

• I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

• Commissioned pieces are for personal use only, no commercial use allowed. 

• Do not copy, trace, or sell my work.

• All commissions are final and non-refundable. 

• I retain all the rights to my work, which include the right to display, modify, transmit, transfer, sell, and create derivative works.

• You are welcome to upload your commission to social media, as long as you give me credit.

• Do not use the artwork as NFTs.

• All communication about commissions will be done via email.

 

PAYMENT

• Prices listed are not fixed; they are subject to change depending on the complexity of the piece, rush fees, and major revisions.

• All payments must be made through Paypal, Venmo, or Cash App.

• Full payment is required before I begin the work.

 

process

• After you complete the request form I will reach out to get any additional details I may need.
• Once all the details are confirmed(dimensions, specific requests, references, etc.), I will send you an invoice.
• Within 3-5 days of receiving your payment, I will send 3 grayscale thumbnail sketches; you will then choose one.
• Within a week of you choosing the thumbnail, I will send a color sketch for approval. You can still make small revisions at this point, but major revisions will cost extra.
• Within a week of getting the color sketch approved, I will send you the fully rendered artwork!
